To start this week off Maverick wore Carhartts for the first time. Of course he wouldn't hold still for me to take a picture but take my word for it, he looked adorable.
Our little buddy is growing up way too fast. So fast this week he graduated out of his newborn carseat.
The box has provided quite a lot of entertainment at our house this week.
It was a fort for two little girls to watch movies in at night.
And a puppy/kitty/wild mustang cage that Pais loves but Mav wasn't quite sure what to think of it.
Earlier this week it snowed but the wind blew a lot during the storm which left us with huge drifts. Chris spent plenty of time in the backhoe pushing snow around. He whined about it but secretly he loved every minute.
The girls have loved playing on the giant hill he made out of all of the snow.
Saturday Chris went out looking for wolfs (hunting season never ends!!!) but instead found his first shed of the season. Isn't it cute :)
And to end the week the following conversations were had with Huntley:
Hunt: "Maverick's in your room! He's going to see his birthday presents!"
Jess: "It's okay. He's a baby and he'll forget."
Hunt: "No he won't. Have you seen his head."
Apparently after almost a year the poor kid hasn't grown into his noggin.
Hunt: "I know who is the oldest in our family, dad."
Jess: "Yep, how do you know that?"
Hunt: "The lines on his face. You're next and I can tell because your arms wiggle.
On that note I'm off to do some pushups!
