May

So....May is over and done with and absolutely nothing was written about that month.  I blame softball, and me going back to work, and sometimes nice weather, and probably overall laziness on my part.  Anyways here's a quick recap on what has happened at the Harvey house.
Mav celebrated his fourth month by getting bigger and happier but still hates life when he's not being held at all times.
I've spent the month being extremely confused on dates and spaced Huntleys muffins with mom at school.  I tried to redeem myself by showing up at lunch bearing gifts.
Friday nights were spent eating popcorn and watching movies.
And then waking up and building snowmen on Saturday mornings.  Until the weather did a complete 360 and we were finally able to get our garden on.
Chris won dad of the year by making Hunts day and buying her a horse.  Meet Rookie.
Then he turned around and put himself in the dog house by shooting a bear and puting the said bear in the back of my car.
In his defense he did rap it up in a tarp but that did nothing to stop the ticks that climbed all over and bit Huntley the next day.  Yes I bug bombed my car and still get the heebie geebies when driving it.
Hunt played softball and we seriously under estimated what type of commitment that was going to be.  Every other day was doing something softball related and when you live in a small town surrounded by other small towns it makes playing a game a five hour process.  It was fun but we are glad that's over with.
Chris had a birthday and thanks to Nini and her party in a box we had a lot of fun celebrating.
And the best part of May was going to Utah and finally meeting Dot.
The girls had fun playing with their BFF's and all too soon we had to turn around and come home.
And to end here is a showcase of the pictures I get sent from the babysitter while I'm at work.
Yeah they pretty much like it their more that they do at home.

First of all. Maverick is killing me! Too cute
Second... Im still dry heaving over the bear in your car. And the TICKS! I loath ticks. The ticks here are this weird orange color and they are huge! SO GROSS! makes them easier to spot though I guess.

Give yourself a break! You have been living life and not sitting around writing about it! The pictures are great!
