- Our first 5K-Chris and I ran a 5K early Thanksgiving morning with my family. My main motivation was so I could eat extra pie but also so I could say I did it. Well I did it but was kind of embaressed when there was little kids passing me.
- Thanksgiving Dinner-eating back a million times more the calories we burned during our run.
- My first week at my new job-gotta love being the new girl but after the first week I'm feeling pretty confident and excited. If anybody needs new cabinets I've got connections!
- Chris's first week as a "stay at home mom"-if you ask him it drove him crazy but he actually does a better job than me. I don't know how he manages to actually keep the house clean during the day.

Monkey Business
I'm glad Huntley has always been kind of a wimpy little girl. She's never been into taking risks and being dangerous. Lately though she has figured out how to climb. Mostly it's just on the couch and chairs, nice soft padded stuff. Well tonight as I was making dinner Huntley was playing in the fridge. One of her favorite past times is cleaning and organizing it. I wasn't really paying attention to her and then I heard weird noises coming from the fridge and the door was shut. I opened it up and found Huntley just chillin. I guess I now get to deal with the monkey climbing stage.

Actual opinions on Mulletts
Lately Huntley has been sporting a pretty nice mullett. It has become the topic of much controversy at our house. I think she should keep it since she's spent a whole year perfecting the style. Chris and Ta'Mera both think it's hideous and are threatening to cut it off while I'm away. So I've finally convinced them to take matters to the blog. So we need your help there is now a poll on the side of the blog, please vote!
Also thanks for the opinions on my earlier post. Huntley must be voting on keeping it because she posted that and everytime I go to fix it she makes sure I don't.

Fall Fun
I love fall, especially when it's a nice warm fall and you can be outside and enjoy it. Which we definitley have been doing. So here is a major picture overload of some of our fall adventures.
We went on a hike to the waterfall with Christine and Colby. I had to post the pic below because it cracks me up. Christine and I have been friends since 2nd grade and 90% of our pictures Christine has her eyes closed, nothing has changed over time.
Huntley helped Grandpa out in the pumpkin patch. She was really great at picking the little pumpkins but the bigger ones she couldn't quite handle.
