2
It's been 2 whole months since I last wrote on this thing! In honor of those 2 months I'm devoting a post to the number 2 and the best way to start it off would be by showing this little lady who turned 2 years old!
In honor of Huntley's birthday we had 2 special visitors spend 2 hours on a plane to come celebrate with us. We love when they come to stay and wish it would happen more often.
Since our Xterra was stolen Chris bought this huge 250 (that I'm still way too scared to drive) and now we've been able to start using our camper again. We've went camping twice to Hoop Lake in search of the elusive moose.

For Real!!!
This is our neighborhood:
You can imagine the pitty party I've been throwing for myself today, yeah it was big. Not necessarily for the car but the items in the car, Huntley's car seat, Chris's textbooks, fishing rods, and our video camera that I've neglected uploading the videos off of from Huntley's first steps on. Right at the moment I was feeling most sorry for myself a coworker came to my office. I immediatley thought of the trial he has been dealing with of the recent loss of his daughter and realized my simple trial of a stolen car really wasn't all that bad. I may be carless and can't watch videos of Huntley as a baby but at least I still can watch Huntley in person.

Flaming Gorge Favorites
- Chris-watching Crazy old men make stoves out of stumps and cooking things on them.
- Jess-fishing Hacking Lake (my favorite place in the whole wide world!!!)
- Huntley-the Outhouse. Disgusting yes but true. She loved going in there, looking down the hole, and declaring "Poop" in the loudest voice she could muster.

Month of May
I've defintiley struggled with keeping this thing up to date lately. Maybe it's because we are finally starting to get warmer weather and I'd rather be outside. Or maybe it's because Huntley broke our space bar and to actually type is quite the challenge. When it probably comes down to it though I'd have to say the real reason I haven't posted is every time I've sat down to blog I can't decide what to write about. Now I'm finally forcing myself to do a catch up post so that I can start posting about our fun summer adventures.
One of the best things that happened to us was we got to finally say hello to Scott. He's only been in this world for a few short days but already he's taken a big part of my heart and is the cutest nephew anyone could ask for.
We also said goodbye to my grandma this month. She was an amazing lady and a great example to me in my life. My favorite thing about my grandma was how she could always make me laugh, who else feeds the missionaries KFC for Sunday dinner or tries to board an airplane with her Blockbuster card for identification.
I miss her lots everyday but luckily I have these two little cuties to keep me happy.
Chris spent some time in Montana trying to get a job or so he says. I kind of wonder if he really just wanted to spend some time in the Big Sky country looking for animals and sheds.
Unfortunately he wasn't lucky enough to become a Montana fireman. Fortunately for Huntley that gives her more time to spend being goofy with her two best buddies.
I'm also glad we get to stay so we get to spend time with Camo when he comes to visit.
Throughout all of this we even found time to do a little fishin. Well Chris did, Huntley and I spent a couple hours throwing rocks in the lake. She's not much of a fisherman but at least we can now take her without having to worry about her crying the whole time.

In order to make it to this day,
And because of his hard work these guys,
took our family for some much needed R&R here,

where it was freezing cold but we still got to do lots of fun things like,

Family Day at RCA
Huntley and I got to visit Chris at school today and witness firsthand what he's been up to lately.
Why putting out fires of course, and saving one rusty old building at a time. Although he is not one of the above firefighters. Look below that firefighter laying out a red tarp would be my hardworking hubby. He had the important job of rescuing and saving any injured firefighters.
Unfortunately for him, no firefighters were injured for this blog post and he had to stand around looking kind of bored.
